Pricing

Three plans, one page, no calculator

Per workspace, per month. Trailhead is the natural next step after TrailMap, so the pair is priced as a pair. During early access, billing is handled directly with our team rather than through self-serve checkout.

Commitments

What is deliberately not a paid tier

Some things get sold by tier across this category. These are the ones we will not, and the reasoning is short enough to print.

Safety is not a tier

The write-back review gate, the hash-bound approval, the idempotency ledger and the sandbox default are identical on every plan. Selling a looser gate is selling a bigger mistake, and it turns a principle into a sales tactic.

Isolation is not a tier

Tenant scoping, credential encryption at rest, hashing identifiers at ingress and the production boot preflight are the same on every plan. There is no version of this product where your data is handled less carefully because you pay less.

No percentage of ad spend

Pricing on a slice of spend couples our revenue to a number you already resent, and it quietly punishes you for scaling. A flat monthly figure means the incentive stays pointed at the product being useful.

No per-conversion fee

Charging per conversion written back would price you out of exactly the closed-loop work the product exists to do. Send as many as your data supports.

How billing works

Straight answers about the money

Why is there no checkout button?

Trailhead is in early access, and every workspace so far has been set up with a conversation. Card checkout is built as a seam and switched off. When it turns on, the plans on this page are the plans it will charge, at these numbers.

Does everything work before I pay?

Yes. Plan selection records intent and flips entitlements. Nothing in the product is bricked on an unbilled workspace, because a measurement tool that stops measuring at the moment of a billing hiccup is worse than useless.

What counts as a workspace?

One business with one set of ad accounts and one revenue source. An agency running several clients wants several workspaces, and that is the conversation to have with us directly rather than a number to guess at from this page.

Is there an annual plan?

Not yet. TrailMap prices annual at ten months for twelve, and Trailhead will probably match that, but it is not built and we would rather not print a number we have not committed to.

What if I already pay for TrailMap?

Tell us when you get in touch. Moving an existing TrailMap subscription onto the bundle is a proration conversation, and we would rather do that with a person than with a form.

Start with your own numbers

Early access includes setup help: capture wired with you, your first outcomes file brought in, and the stitch run on real data.
